  1. The form Relocation information is sent to the employee to collect all the relevant information.
    This includes information such as the desired destination and role, time period, or reasoning.‍
  2. Once submitted, the information is shared with approval requests for (in order):
    Supervisor of the employee (based on information from HR system)
    Potential new supervisor in the new role (based on information from form)
    ‍
    COO‍
  3. Each approval is recorded directly in the request and in case of rejection the HR team is immediately informed.
  4. Once approved, a set of tasks is created for the HR team to plan and execute the relocation.
